Marketing Opportunity:

AMA is a large community organisation. Our cultural programs are generally well attended by our members and supporters with full house capacity. AMA has multiple avenues through which it can provide marketing opportunities to potential business sponsors and they include the following:

• Family fun Day. Cultural activities takes place where expected crowd of 2000 people on the event day every January and Marketing opportunities can be in the form of naming rights, banner on stage, banners in other areas of the venue, setting up stalls, business name on tickets, raffles.
• AMA’s Website, social media such as facebook page, website are available throughout the year. AMA updates the community on a regular basis via newsletters, personal emails. This is yet another opportunity for sponsors and advertisers to reach out to the community through Internet.

Diwali Mega Sponsor Package

Mega sponsor of AMA is a major sponsor of AMA, who will have exposure to AMA members throughout the 12 months of sponsorship duration. This publicity is achieved for Mega sponsors with a significant presence in all AMA functions/events throughout the year.

This is an exclusive package, with, obviously only one being offered. This package has to be negotiated, accepted and in place at least a month before the event. It is anticipated that up to 5000 people will be involved in some way or another with our Diwali festival.

• Exclusive naming rights (Sponsor name Melton Diwali) for fireworks, stage, sound and lighting.
• Logo on momentous approximately 100
• Branding across all official media (TV, Radio, Print, Electronic etc.)
• Signage board exclusive on your business with contact details.
• Banner ad on website with listing information about your business
• Opportunity to speak on stage at the event
• Full page ad in festival program guide & local Indian news paper
• Advertise in social media as Presenting partner (Facebook, Instagram, FM Radio 979FM, Radio Bol, Newsprint, Banner, Media wall, Posters, Flyers and others)
• Logo on festival T-Shirts and caps for staff and volunteers.
• Brand recognition in Media Release such as exclusive promos.
• 6m x 3m stall/Space complete with lights & power in a premium location complete with 4 trestle table tables and 6 chairs.
• Opportunity to display 4 advertising banners in the venue and at the entrance with marketing material.
• Flyers distribution in letterboxes in designated areas in Melton suburb.
• Distribution of flyers in local shopping centre (subject to approval).
• Verbal acknowledgement at event speeches exclusively and along with other sponsors.

General Event Sponsorship Packages :

Platinum Sponsor Package

Features prominently in the event of AMA and event marketing:

• Access to promote or sell products or services – to be negotiated with festival organisers
• 1 x stall 3m X 3m Marquee/space complete with lights & power in a premium location complete with 2 trestle tables and 4 chairs.
• Verbal acknowledgement at event speeches.
• Logo displayed on festival promotional material including the signage boards in 8 locations in Melton area, website, flyers, invitations, social media platforms and program guide Business bio and hyperlink on the festival website and social media platforms
• Logo coverage on Media wall
• Flyer distribution in letter box in designated local area
• Provision for banners in the AMA event only (banner at sponsors cost) x 3, 1 x size big at the entrance and 2 x small.
• On stage acknowledgement during the events by the MC
• Organisation name/logo printed on the flyers, AMA website, newsletters, emails
• Flyers distribution in letterboxes in designated areas in Melton suburb.
• Distribution of flyers in local shopping centre (subject to approval).

Gold Sponsor Package

Features prominently in the event of AMA and event marketing:

• Banner can be displayed at the events in a place decided by the AMA Committee and size restrictions will apply.
• Depending on approval from Venue management, availability of space after allocation to Platinum and other major sponsors, stall space may be provided.
• Free entry to all AMA events
• Advertisement and listing of sponsors on the sponsor page of AMA website, social media, personal emails.
• Flyers distribution in letterboxes in designated areas in Melton suburb.
• Distribution of flyers in local shopping centre (subject to approval).

Silver Sponsor Package

Features prominently in the event of AMA and event marketing:

• Advertisement and listing of sponsors on the sponsor page of AMA website, social media, personal emails. signage board
• Flyers distribution in letterboxes in designated areas in Melton suburb.
• Distribution of flyers in local shopping centre (subject to approval)

Payment of sponsorship amount can be made by the following methods:
